Melissa founded Perspective Consulting Group after working with high-growth companies across industries for her entire career. She works directly with CEOs and senior leadership teams responsible for revenue, performance, and client outcomes. A graduate of East Carolina University's School of Business, her experience spans the full arc of business growth and evolution, from early-stage companies finding their footing to large-scale organizations navigating complex change. She is based in the Pacific Northwest and works with clients nationally.
